What We Offer
Booking Fee
Eucalypt Therapy does not currently charge a booking fee. However, cancellation fees do apply. Please see details of this below.
Reports
Functional Capacity Reports
Assessents are charged at $193.99 per hour
Psychosocial Functional Capacity reports can be used to report changes in circumstances to your NDIS plan, plan renewal and to access the NDIS.
Most reports on average take up to 10 hours to complete. This includes all interviews and psychometric testing.
Child Safety Reports
Parent Capacity Reports
and Carer Assessments
Assessments are charged at $129 per hour
Assessment includes interviews, observations, psychometric testing (if needed)
Reports take in between 10 to 15 hours to complete depending on complexity.
If flights and accommodation is required. These fees will be discussed on a case by case basis
Behavioural Support Plan
Initial Consultation - 10 hours
Interim Behaviour Support Plan including Functional Behaviour Analysis - 20-25 hours
Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plan - 35 – 40 hours
Hourly rate for a behavioural support plan is $193.99 dependant on rurality.

All fees for NDIS services are consistent with the National Disability Insurance Scheme Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025 - 2026 fee schedule

WE ARE A REGISTERED NDIS BUSINESS
Cancellation Fees
We will send you an SMS the day before your appointment to remind you of your appointment. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we would appreciate as much time as possible.
If a client is sick, the client will be sent home and charged for your appointment.
Clients you provide less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
